1. your primary account's biography must list every alternate account you create 2. every alternate account's biography must link back to your main account 3. all communication on the site (game comments, profile comments, forum posts) must be done ONLY from your main account. If you break this rule, we ban the alternate accounts
Now, if you want a GhostOf.../etc clan username as your main account, you can send an Email to cormyn@armorgames.com from your main account asking to disable your old main account, and then you may post comments/etc as your GhostOf account, but it will mean losing access to all other saved game data, points, posts, etc., from your other account.
But how can anyone get harmed if we post comments or rate games with our ghost acc?
It's cowardly hiding behind a mask to insult someone don't you think? Also, if someone creates a ghost account and links it to someone else's main account instead of his, he can cause quite a lot of damage.
If the other person doesn't know who you are you could confuse them by trolling. You could also bring havoc by calling other people names and other bad things.
Just stick with that account. I've been reading that their might be group/clans feature in AG3. There's no reason to make another account when they might add that feature.
To clarify even more: 1. Alt accounts, especially undeclared, is a bother to moderate. - This also means users with undeclared alts getting in trouble will be in more trouble than users with declared alts. 2. Why spread out your point intake? There is no reason to gain points on several accounts. 3. These accounts are made for the game. The game only. Unless it is your main and only account, it should stay this way.
Or even more clear: Alternate accounts of any kind is a bother.

Well if they have a clear purpose like Framl, then I wouldn't say it's a bother. Just as long as it's declared, comments closed, and never used other than its purpose. This one just happens to be flagging.

You will be ever so closer to that shiny new rank or cool-lookin' armatar if you post with just your main.

Well, there is the "Well, it is not a bother if..." and then there is the actual reality, even with declared alts, and even with alts with a purpose. The user behind them could use them to circumvent a ban, even for a minute, which is the main annoying crap about alts. I am not saying most people do it, I am just saying that there are people doing it, even with alts they have declared. Usually it goes like this Alt used "Oh, btw, I have been banned for -days, so see you." Mod used "Lol, U banned for longer naow!" which is kinda stupid. You should not want to risk a longer ban just for telling people you will be offline for a few days. One thing is that you for example go from 3 days to a week, with the alt being banned for just as long, and the possibility of getting the alt permanently removed (perhaps with the main as well, depending on your history), but also, it is none of anyone's business that you were banned anyway. This is why it is not publicly shown that someone is banned, and this is also why we mods have a suggestion about having warnings be private as well.
Anyway, basically, if you are a mod, most of the time alts can be bothersome. They don't have to be, but being sceptical about them helps a lot.
