I changed it a while ago, I replaced Dwarven with aquan, since everybody else could speak one of them.

The Elf and the 1st cloaked figure have a hushed exchange in Goblin. The 1st cloaked figure pulls the hood off and you recognize it as Ril.
Ril:"Both of you owe me one."
