Here is how logic works:

1) Skullport has multiple entrances.
2) Entrances can also be used as exits.
3) There is an entrance at Waterdeep.
4) There is an entrance at the Underdark.
5) You can enter through one passage and exit through another.
6) You can enter from Waterdeep and exit in the Underdark.
7) You can use Skullport to get to the Underdark from Waterdeep.
8) Dibs fails.
9) Dragon wins.

The entrances to skull port are either teleportation or and entrance to the underdark.

The stuff I found mentioned a portal that opens up somewhere in the Sea of swords or something like that.
