Hyper, I don't think you understand how a Metamagic Feat works. Either that or I'm misunderstanding what you're saying. She can make any and every Spell she wants into a Sacred Spell whenever she wants as long as it does not exceed Spell Level 7.

Yes, she can. But it actually can't exceed spell level 5, and if she made all her spells metamagic then she wouldn't be able to cast very many spells at all.

Yes, I know that. But making a spell metamagic when preparing it causes it to take up a spell slot 2 levels higher than normal. So a level 1 spell that's prepared metamagically takes up a level 3 slot, a level 2 spell takes up a level 4 slot, etc.
