Tis Frank here with some dungeons to present to you. As you may or may not know, Arkandian Crusade has a Dungeon of Mystery feature where you can explore an area as deep as your character can take you, often surfacing to bring lots of goodies. Whether it be materials, treasure chests, gold, experience, or even much-sought-after artifacts, the Dungeon of Mystery has it all! Even if Undefined, the creator of Arkandian Crusade, describes it as having randomized dungeons for limitless exploration, he is half right. The dungeons are indeed randomized, but not to the point where Undefined used a Random Generator to create them. There are a total of 21 dungeons, including levels 1 and 25 which are always the same.
So unless I hacked the game (which I didn't), it would be quite hard for me to show you the dungeon maps without making some of the sprites disappear, mainly the enemies that block doorways and the gold and materials that gen in the way. So what I did was dot some of the dungeon squares with a certain color to denote what type of sprite is in said square. Black squares show where an enemy is located, solid yellow for gold and orange for treasure chests. If there are other kinds of colors out there, that means that there is a material I ran across that has that color. If there is a brown square, then that is probably a piece of meat. A bright-yellow square shows a piece of cheese.
Now that we got that out of the way, let's show you the list of dungeon maps!
So to recap, the first dungeon image is the entrance, which is always the same and is always empty. It even stops being darkened after you visit it the first time. The last dungeon image is level 25, the final, epic dungeon which features the Ancient Titans, which are horrible, terrible creatures. If you cannot stand your ground against the beasties of levels 15-24, then you definitely cannot fight these guys. But if you can, *whew* there's lotsa loot in store for you.
Let me tell ya that this was no easy feat trying to get these put together. I had to stumble upon a dungeon, get every square explored on the map, screenshot it, then find it *again* to add in the missing areas. The process was simple, but took me 4 days....I mostly did this to show everyone where the treasure chests were, plus the exit to the next level and where the valuable materials were. If you didn't like the map, you could trot over to the exit and go to another.
Either way, hope you guys like this and hope this isn't *too* long! It took me quite a while
I found a unique item in the last floor of the mistery dungeon, his image was changin every second and the value was writed undefinied, and i selled in a miss click, and anyone in any forum talked about it...
Revived and Renamed for importance! I came to the realization that Chapter Two of the Arkandian saga, Revenant, has the exact same kinds of floors as chapter one had, minus the entrance. So if you are playing Chapter two and wish to know what kinds of goodies are in store for you, look no further than the top of this page! I understand that the crafting ingredients are significantly more "rare" in the sequel, so you would need all the help you can get farming. Hop to it!
