That's why styrofoam recycling isn't widespread - instead of putting it in landfills, they use a foam made out of the liquefied bones of Bigfoots and chupacabras (which really exist - and those trying to say they don't are agents planted in real life by the government to try and hide reality from the public) instead, to make it look like they're throwing away the polystyrene when in fact they're using it to manufacture more pieces of the Illusory Cloth. The cloth can be pierced by using real-life cheat codes - video games are really just compartmentalized parts of the real world created to lull the public into a false sense of security - which is why people can feel immersed in video games. However, the cheat codes are too complicated for any of our conspiracy team to be able to crack (they use a special cipher that only the government knows). We need to pierce the cloth enough to be able to band together, return to the real Earth, and battle for our planet back. The reason the Illusory Cloth was created and we all live here now is because our real planet was being besieged by sea monsters. Time-travelers edited them in on old pirate treasure maps and in popular culture in order to warn us about the Illusory Cloth and the sea monsters. Nostradamus was the only one brave enough to actually write down any time-traveler wisdom - which is why he's widely discredited by aforementioned government agents (the ones that speak out against the cryptids used to make the fake styrofoam). The governments of the world are afraid to fight the sea monsters for fear of them coming under fire for ethics violations (the sea monsters are endangered and also an intelligent species that are difficult, although possible, to negotiate with). However, if not enough people buy into helping our cause to get the coding cracked so we can fight/negotiate with the sea monsters, the governments of the world can just dismiss us as a lunatic fringe group without having to own up to the facts!
