1. Creature 2. Space 3. Cell 4. Tribe 5. Civilization
The civilization stage is a HELL unless you play as an aggressive species. I liked the space part because there was so much to it. Missions, exploration, "ainting" planets and establishing fully functional eco-systems, wars, etc.
I thought it was hilarious when I got to the center of the galaxy.
And I loved creature because, well, that's when you get to create your creature. Lots of fun. Though, it got a bit repetitive at the end, and like the civilization stage, it gets quite difficult for friendly creatures. Especially by the end when everything's big and hostile. I usually try to befriend one of the larger creatures that wander around from time to time.
