The purpose of this thread is to share music that caught your attention lately (like this morning), doesnt matter the style or whatever other reason (just you like it) If you have a link to add, would be better ;D

In order to keep it clean and nice try to follow these rules:

- 1 or 2 songs (this about sharing everyday music not lists)
- Avoid albums, bands, genres or "best of" discussions.
- Comment why this song is special in that moment.
- Bring some information to show us what is this about.

If you dont wanna talk its fine, but the first ones are kinda necessary.

Whenever somebody mention a well known band or song is missing like 90% of other good tunes. So help us to spread the music, cause we all love it and is everywhere.

*********************************

For example:

Shonen Knife - top of the world

If I Were A Carpenter; alternative rock tribute album to The Carpenters released in 1994. Shonen Knife is a pop punk japanese band playing since 1982 with kinda original lyrics XD and influenced by bands like The Ramones or The Beatles i guess .

This is a happy song and i cant help smiling since yesterday whenever i watch the video lol, the drummer is cute the bassist so energetic and the singer loves Ramones nuff said.

Rammstein - keine lust

Reise, Reise is the industrial metal band Rammstein's fourth studio album released in 2004. "Keine Lust" (No Desire) is about not want to do anything anymore! Nothing! cause of excess.

The song and video are awesome, weird coincidence, i love the slow beginning turning into a cool rythm and the way they act.

*********************************

Thanks and cya around...

I heard "Not An Addict" by K's Choice today. I haven't heard that song in FOREVER. Very cool tune for those who haven't heard it before (or at least not in a while)

Disciple - Watch It Burn
super heavy with much awesomeness. Disciple is my fav Christian heavy Metal band, but they play just like any other Heavy metal band. they has awesome solos, hard riffs and everything else heavy metal should have.

Here you go Xcalibur.

I have the urge to share another song off of Yellowcard's newest album, since it's all I'm listening to right now.

So without further ado, here it is!

Be The Young - Yellowcard

Yellowcard is the master of closing songs.

Termination...Expiration...Cancellation...Human race
Expectation....Liberation...Population...Lay to waste

See our mother
Put to death
See our mother die

Smouldering decay
Take her breath away
Millions of our years
In minutes disappears

Darkening in vain
Decadence remains
All is said and done
Never is the Sun

Never

Helloween - Before The War (1995)
http://i523.photobucket.com/albums/w351/chacha_oil01/Hell/50d1505e.jpg
this is power metal. its fast, loud and in your face. got great vocals paired with awesome drums that really drive this song. many fans of the song call it "one of power metal's best songs"
as i grow to appreciate more types of music, i become a bigger fan of Helloween. they had a great start with Walls of Jericho. but the stuff with Kiske never really appealed to me. however, once Ders came it was like "WOW" his voice is so amazing with this band. i hope they never fire him. they have improoved their music every album since they got him (with the exception of The Dark Ride, which is much better than anything else they have put out to date).

Highly recommend for anyone who likes Death Metal, Extreme Prog Metal or Technical Death Metal. It's really great; so far, it's the best album I've heard during this year.

Motorhead - Dogs Of War
http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u108/worldmetalcenter/Tapas/B0000061R5.jpg

i really like this song. its old school and awesome. Motorhead was one of the first true heavy metal bands that i got into. their (what i like to call) thrashing mad style really appeals to me. they led me to like other super hard bands like Venom, Mastodon, and other.
