The purpose of this thread is to share music that caught your attention lately (like this morning), doesnt matter the style or whatever other reason (just you like it) If you have a link to add, would be better ;D

In order to keep it clean and nice try to follow these rules:

- 1 or 2 songs (this about sharing everyday music not lists)
- Avoid albums, bands, genres or "best of" discussions.
- Comment why this song is special in that moment.
- Bring some information to show us what is this about.

If you dont wanna talk its fine, but the first ones are kinda necessary.

Whenever somebody mention a well known band or song is missing like 90% of other good tunes. So help us to spread the music, cause we all love it and is everywhere.

*********************************

For example:

Shonen Knife - top of the world

If I Were A Carpenter; alternative rock tribute album to The Carpenters released in 1994. Shonen Knife is a pop punk japanese band playing since 1982 with kinda original lyrics XD and influenced by bands like The Ramones or The Beatles i guess .

This is a happy song and i cant help smiling since yesterday whenever i watch the video lol, the drummer is cute the bassist so energetic and the singer loves Ramones nuff said.

Rammstein - keine lust

Reise, Reise is the industrial metal band Rammstein's fourth studio album released in 2004. "Keine Lust" (No Desire) is about not want to do anything anymore! Nothing! cause of excess.

The song and video are awesome, weird coincidence, i love the slow beginning turning into a cool rythm and the way they act.

*********************************

Thanks and cya around...

Heart in Your Heartbreak
The Pains of Being Pure at Heart
Belong (2011)
http://i55.tinypic.com/2n6ula8.jpg

And your friends don't understand that the world could end,
And it would feel no worse than this
Every thought of the look in her eye
Like a cold California sky

She was the heart in your heartbreak
She was the miss in your mistake
And no matter what you take,
you're never going to forget
She was the tear in a rainstorm
She was the promise that you would've sworn
And no matter what you say,
it's never gonna come back

stuck with you
Voltaire
Ooky Spooky (2007)
http://i52.tinypic.com/o9mp1l.jpg

Amanda:
and now I lie here in the grave.
I pray to god my soul to save.
and in the darkness of the tomb,
I'm glad I'm lying next to you.

Voltaire:
and as I lay here 6 feet down
my body buried under ground.
in this dank, and dreary cold,
I'm just glad I'm not alone.

(chorus)
both:
oh but in the eyes of god,
we said our vows before the pews.
"not until death may we part"
so until then I'm stuck with you.

I would post a song, but the song I plan on sharing is actually my recommendation to delossantosj for his song of the week.

6 Underground by Sneaker Pimps

Great beat and harmony, I've been into this style of music for a while now, so I'm always happy to find something in trance/dance/electronica. Clean lyrics (as in their clarity, not explicit language) are also appreciated.

Helloween - I'm Free
7 Sinners, 2010 [BONUS TRACK]
http://i977.photobucket.com/albums/ae251/kolobolo666/Helloween/7Sinners.jpg
there only used to be one of this song on youtube. then it got removed, and fell from memory. but i found 3 of it recently so im advertising it here =D

Iron Maiden - The Prisoner LIVE (1982)
mam, this is such a great song. its so over rated that its not even funny though. i really like the positivity of the message it portrays (for the most part ).
Iron Maiden is my favorite band of all time. they always rocked the hardest of all heavy metal bands. they have 15 excellent albums with only 2 or 3 bad songs from them. a lot of people say that they have degraded through the years, i disagree with this by a landslide. sure theyve changed some but every band does. they know how to make the fans happy. and best of all, they are happy playing their music. u rarely see them on stage without a smile on their faces. they have 3 of England's best guitarists and England's best singer, drummer, and bassist (imo). there is only one other band that comes even close to their talent imo (that would Gamma Ray for those who want to know).

Megadeth - Black Swan [BONUS TRACK]
United Abominations, 2007
http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i119/silvershredder/Megadeth_-_United_Abominations.jpg
this song came solely on the pre-ordered set list of United Abomination. its not even on itunes. the song is extremely rare. many fans of the band (including myself) are quite angry that they would cut one of the best songs on the album. the other bonus track from the album (the Japanese bonus track)is a Led Zeppelin cover (Out Of The Fields). it is also really good, but it isnt as rare.

Gamma Ray - Armageddon
Power Plant, 1999
http://i454.photobucket.com/albums/qq261/xatarrita/Powerplant-front.jpg
now i thought this song kinda fits cuz supposedly the world ends today. i really like this song. it has a lot of truths in it involving how we (the humans) have screwed up the planet.
some of the comments on this vid are pretty funny too lol.
