What is there not to love? I melt at the thought of me, one day playing pokemon Brown/orange, because they used up all the other colors, and I catch every pokemon (At that point therell be more types of pokemon then theyre are people who play it). And then It hits me. This song plays.

AND: the first pokemon theme song. After having listened the first season in English and French, I think it's even more epic in French. Though I tend to prefer English in terms of songwriting, it just marked my childhood too much to be turned down.
And finally, there was that incredible song by akeboshi, for the endings of Naruto's first season: Wind. It's actually when I heard that song that I grew interested in the show; you rarely hear a song as beautiful as that one; frugal, yet so heartfelt, with a little touch a japan folklore in the instrumentation.
