Bought 'The Sun' Newspaper the other day. For non-UK residents 'The Sun' is notorious for 'Page 3' Girls, and only people such as myself who prefer to look at pictures of the news (and half-topless females) as well as sporting news buy.
Anyway, one of the stories i read was a short input on Britain's youngest grandad at the age of JUST 29!
Not sure how your 'mericans see that, but for us in England, you don't find many stories like that everyday.
The short-story on it basically depicted that he was --
"A jobless scrounger, who had a daughter at 14. Now his daughter is following in his footsteps"
This is not as 'shocking' as other news articles but it's interesting from the viewpoint of this is our NEXT generation. Will our grandchildren be having Children before they even leave primary school next?

I think 13 will be the minimum. I doubt 11 and 12 year olds will know how to do it. Maybe just oral sex, but not anything that requires actual positioning and skill.
Personally, I didn't find this surprising. Sometimes I wonder if an entire family line has children at the age of 15, some people will be great grand parents at the age of 45, great great great grand parents at the age of 75. Imagine that. My grand parents were only parents until the age of 76.

Yeah, but most 12 - 11 year olds have dry ejaculations. I didn't, but it isn't very common to do it. Plus, most prepubescent kids would just go until he comes, not caring enough for his mate to climax at all.

There is a kid in my grade. He is fifteen. His mom is 29. He was born in September. If there was the normal 9 month pregnancy, than his mom got knocked up at thirteen. He also has a sister a grade lower than us. That means she got knocked up twice, in two years. He has five siblings in all, and the youngest is five with the other three that haven't been mentioned ranging from six to 10. That is one ****ty mom if you are asking me...
And something struck me just now: having a period at 8 years of age doesn't qualify as precarious puberty. Seriously, if you're trying to post in the WEPR, get your facts straight.
