I wonder if ag3 will have live chat because i like chatting and i also would like discussing strategies in multiplayer like that. can anybody tell me?
Hmm, not that I know of. I don't think so, as it doesn't sound very necessary. You can already talk to people via their AG user page.

You could also make an IRC, and make your own server for Armor Games.
