I wonder if there is matter in existence that was not a part of the initial "big bang".... if not then the matter in it is indeed finite (even if there is... it still might be finite)
i think it is possible that there may be a chance of intelligent lifeforms on another planet but probably not close enough to earth that anyone would ever find
Ever is a very bad word for this argument. Look at how much space technology and research has developed over the last 200 years. Imagine it in the next 200 years. 400. 600.
