lets not ridicule someone... if you don't think this is the place then just say so and leave it at that... if he's being sincere about his request then try and not be so harsh. A collection of minds can generally come up w/ better plans than what a single mind could.

If you think you have a chance, put a valentine in her locker or slip it on her desk or something. If you really thing you have a shot, go up face to face with chocolate. We can't deny the powerful forces of chocolate. Well most of the people I know.
Or, you could get a bunch of fireworks and send them up so that it spelled "GO OUT WITH ME, <insert name of girl>!", while having an orchestra playing some sort of love song and [random]having frogs jumping on boats.[/random]
You can always take her to the movies...it's what I'm doing. If she says yes then when you go pick her up giver something like jewlery or choclates. But if you really want to impress her, get a parachute and jump of a high building. Then buy her a swan. Girls love swans.
