Honestly, I prefer Terraria. They're both good games, I just like Terraria more.


Terraria is pretty much 2D minecraft. Not saying it's a bad game, I just don't see how anyone thinks it's better. Minecraft simply has more options on what to do and where to go. Of course, Minecraft isn't as focused on fighting as Terraria is so if you like fighting more than exploring/building I suppose Terraria is more attractive.

Terraria is not a 2d minecraft terraria is made for adventuring and battling mobs and has tons of more items made for killing stuff whereas minecraft is mainly made for building as there are more blocks made for aesthetic looks.

So don't say terraria is a 2d minecraft because it isn't.

Oh and has anyone seen the 1.9 update the villagers look like squidward xD

Notch and the rest of the Mojang team are apparently working on item enchantments and he even tweeted a picture of an enchantment table - it looked quite cool.

sooooo... i heard that notch would be taking things off terreria... he got potions already... and with 1.9 comes buffs/debuffs screens in the inventory...

What are your thoughts on the broken disc or Disc 11 in 1.9 Prerelease 2? If you haven't heard it yet then watch this. Skip to about 10:20 to hear it.

I think it's the sounds of a new mob that Notch will add in a later update.

Notch is adding a new dimension. It's going to be home of the endermen.

You get to it through strongholds, which will now generate new rooms with portals in them

You have to gather a lot of Eye of the Ender (Which are crafted from ender pearls and blaze poweder) and insert them into the portal to activate it.

The ender world is going to have ender dragons. They are massive, bigger than a ghast
