I would not risk my life for money. What does a bullet proof vest have to do with sharks? It's not like they have guns. I detest cold water. You didn't include diving material which is necessary or you'll drown.
But, my answer is no. I wouldn't like being under cold water inside a cage with tons of sharks lurking around trying to find a way to devour me.

And about the OP's question, no, I hate being under water, even when there aren't sharks around. If I was in a cage under water I'd probably have some sort of panic attack, and that before the sharks even got there.
I'd never do it. Especially with the fact something like kevlar or whatever bullet proof suit would probably drown me... Also do I have scuba diving gear?
It depends on how long i've got to stay under water. If shark diving was, in and out of the water i would do it.
But if you want me to stay there for like half an hour, i wouldn't. I wouldn't risk my life so much. Though it would be awesome to see sharks in real, it also would be terrifying!
