Nintendo is a completely genius company. First, they came out with touch screen, be4 anyone else. Second, they came out with motion control, be4 anyone else! Now, 3d? Wow, the other systems take everything from nintendo. What r ur thoughts on this?

I've actually seen 3D games on the iPod long before I even knew about the 3DS. One example would be Labyrinth, the marble game thing.
Like Soldier said, it's more for casual gaming and they tend to lean to the younger kids/family games. Don't get me wrong, one of my favorite games is Super Smash Brawl, that game is extremely fun to play hardcore and serious. Wii Sports is also pretty decent, although I only really like the bowling.
Nintendo tend to rob people by creating a new system of the new thing every other year or so with making slight, few changes to it. Classic DS, DS lite, Dsi, and DSi XL. I'm not including 3DS, because that's a huge improvement.
Microsoft Gaming tends to lean towards the middle ground between family/hardcore gaming. I've seen games that people take really serious like Halo or Call of Duty. But I've also seen great casual gameplay games too, like Viva la Pinata. Now that they've come out with the Kinect, I haven't purchased it so I don't know a whole lot, but from what I've seen, it's all kid/family friendly. The games look super fun, especially the one where where you have to stay on a platform and dodge obstacles.
I would talk about Sony Gaming, but I have never really played any of their products other than a couple times.
well nintendo arent big on graphics and hardcore gaming so that kicks out a whole load of customers so they will go for sone and microsoft
Weel, look at that moment of mario galaxy 1. The graphics can be awesome some times,as you see.And what do you mean by "hardcore gaming"?FPS with 28352671576427 polygons per charachter and blood everywhere?
nintendo is cool it introduced alot of characters in the gaming world but sense they dont really go for hard core graphics like pc/playstation/xbox not everything is extremly fun but if it wasnt for nintendo then there be no mario, donkey kong, zelda, pokemon and so on alot of nintendo games are games that dont really need the graphics but graphics and sound is what alot of people go for these days and nintendo cant just seem to catch on
Wii is my least favorite from all the nintendo products
Unless you have reasons, your post is just biased and irrelevant.
All I see the Wii is good for is the wide range of family games and actually having to aim while playing FPS games. Otherwise I'll just go with the other consoles, I'm more of a individual player anyways. The Wii is good though, they seem to make great games and keep it new all the time.
the wii itself is an amazing console for any player. its just that nintendo creates those games that are meant to be for the whole family etc. i mean, think about it, even without the mocing the remote ability some games are very good like zelda twilight princess. the wii has such a great potential but for some reason it just doesnt have good games. not to mention its really great that you can buy the really old games that are meant for the really old consoles AND you can play gamecube games (that really saved me XD). and its not a decision between one and twoplayer mode. i know many games that are meant for 2 players and are really hardcore too.
Actually, Nintendo had 3-D before Sony. It was horrible and didn't function as well as it was intended, as it was completely before the age where you could actually see significant results.
yeah i agree that wii should be the best, in the whole motion gaming stuff, they captured it first, let them have it, its because of their ingenuity a whole 3 americans (i am one) have lost weight. but seriously i think they should stic with motion gaming, i love their games. kinect(im more of an xbox person though) and move, should just stay away.
Alright, first of all, nitendo was the first in the gaming world to do these things. Touch Screens, 3D, all happend before Nitendo touched them. They just got there early to the show. So no other company "stole" there idea, except for the motion control which was a knock off from the wii.
