My favourite "bad guy" has to be the Joker. He's just so darn cool. I don't think he's the most evil one, though. Most evil is probably, as has been mentioned above, Darth Vader, the Emperor or Voldemort.
I disagree with Darth Vader as being the evilest, because he redeemed himself at the end of the 6th movie. The whole point was that there was always good inside of him, so he couldn't have been truly evil.

I say that Ineluki,The Stormking, from memory, sorrow and thorn is evilest, because he just hates all living beings, and he is actaully dead, but inst dead.. uh that hard to excplain (he ISNT a living dead).
Hannibal Lecter is easily the evilest in movies. I would have to say that Darth Vader, The Emperor and Joker are up there though if you've seen them in movies and what evil deeds they have done.
