i used to think that there were mutant aliens in the basement when the lights were off.

I used to think all babies came from China (some do), because everything else does.

My English teacher used to think that spiders don't like beds. Her mum said that because she was afraid of them. Funny thing though my English teacher believed it for about 20 years.

I used to believe (more like question) that my life was fake and that it's a TV show. I didn't even know about the Truman Show at the time.
I also believed that if you become very, very fat you will eventually explode!

That when someone said "There's enough food to feed an army" I thought they meant an actual army. =P

I used to believe that there was a little world inside the TV, and that if you broke it, all your favorite cartoon characters would escape.

I used to believe everything was to be taken literally.

For example:

Someone else: "Wow, that took a million years to finish!"

Me: "But, wouldn't you be dead by then?"

Surrounding people would laugh, and I wouldn't know why they were laughing.

i believed in various mosters.but i believed in fairy godparents! time ago my parents leaved me alone at home.it happened often. i wished it.but after a while i learned theese things does not exist

I used to believe there was a "bag-man". The only way my mom found to tell me to come home early when I was younger (about 6, when I used to play in the street), was telling me that a man with a bag caught kids that stay at the street after 7 o'clock. I used to believe this and it worked. Oh, and I used to believe in God too, but now, I don't.

I always thought that all dolls were like Chucky.

I used to fear dolls & always thought that they would come alive and try to murder me.
