i used to belive there was a robot in my shower or toilet due to really bad nightmares.

My toilet when I was younger made a really loud sound when flushed and I always thought that when flushed it would summon some kind of monster. So I just flushed then quickly washed my hands and ran out the bathroom.
Another thing would be that in my basement; I thought that there were some kind of Zombies down there due to the Zombie movies that I used to watch a lot when I was younger.

Yeah I don't really know why I used to believe in the monster in the closet either. I mean, I was in my closet looking for my toys all day, but at night I think there is something in there?
I always imagined that if you took too long to flush, the toilet wouldn't just overflow, but a hand would reach out of it and drown you in toilet water. Also, if you go on the computer without parental permission, the computer will blow up. Loudly.
When I used to live in a house next to a forest, at night, I was afraid of people trying to break into my house. I could hear them stepping on the leaves of trees and noises on the front door. Then, I used to hide under my blanket thinking everything was gonna be all right and fall asleep.
Well, I used to believe that if I slept with any of my feet out of the bed, someone would eat my foot off, so I was always cautious of the way I slept. One time, when I did sleep with my foot outside of the bed, it was bleeding when I woke up, but then I realized that I had cut it off a sharp piece of metal.
