Welcome, fellow forum posters! I decided to make a thread like the Tavern's "this thread is currently about: topic" thread. However, I doubt it will just gain a topic out of nowhere. So...
Pokemon Black and White recently came out this March 6th! Personally, I like this game. It's Pokemon, and we get more gameplay in the series and more Pokemon to collect for you magpiesque gamers out there.
So, what's your Pokemon team in Black and White?
My team: 1.A'Tuin the Tirtouga- Lv.28 2.Nixon the Victini- Lv.25 And it's distribution! LOLOLOLO 3.Goron the Throh- Lv.27 4.Westie the Stoutland- Lv.32 5.Derpy the Tranquill- HM Slave 6.[Insert Pokemon w/ EXP share here]
Meh, I'm just worried about the pokemon series, because they will run out of colors soon
Well, since there's 256 colors in the normal spectrum, plenty of metals, gems, and otherwise shiny objects, I believe Gamefreak has plenty of time left.
What if they create a new color just for the game at some point?
That would be epic.
Unless it's a Gameboy Tri-Screen re-make of Pokemon Peral and Diamond.
Wat??
Pokemon Tangerine? Pokemon Granny Apple? Pokemon Potato? Pokemon America? Pokemon Japan? At least Final Fantasy gets numbers! Hmmm...
I don't think they will go that far. They aren't desperate for Pokemon titles.
Final Pokemon 13! Now with 20,678 Pokemon!
Sounds like something to sue with via plagiarism.
Now that I have that mess out of the way, Black/White is going to be quite "original". I'll have the OP to back me up on this, but ehh...everything in the game is for a new experience until you beat the game, meaning everything in the game will be fresh in your mind. There will be nothing that you will expect, pokemon you know the strengths and weaknesses to, areas you already know, yadda yadda. What does this mean? It's going to be like Red/Blue all over again.
After the great success of pokemon Leaf Green, now have been released Pokemon Leaf-but-a-little-drier-than-the-last-one-idk-if-anyone-will-notice-the-difference Green! Lol. No, seriously, I haven't bought any pokemon game since leaf green, but the new one looks much better. The graphics looks more realistic and 3Dish. The pokemon animations looks good too.

I'm still finding Pokemon I never really expected. Of course, it seems like in some cases it's an old Pokemon with new tricks and a shiny new texture. For example, Throh/Swok=Hitmonchan/Hitmonlee, Timburr=Machop and Roggenroller=Geodude.
Something I just thought about in Pokemon Black/White: the Sheer Force ability of the Timburr. Does it get rid of all secondary effects, or just positive ones? If it's all of them, I'm thinking Conkeldurr with Hammer Arm, Giga Impact, Close Combat and Double Edge.
