Even though war is bad, I love video games, strategy games involving it. So, what would be the most awesome faceoff in todays world, WorldWar III. I think it would be an Alliance of China, Russia and India, versus an Alliance of European States, and US. that would be epic
I think WW3 would be quite dangerous. First of all, someone is gonna use atomics. When one does everyone looks over and sneaks there own into the equation. Overal outcome: Dead habitat's. Then there would also be people thinking "hey I played a video game like dis! Joining the war 'll be a peice o' cake!" Overal outcome: Lotta dead gamers. plus we got all these new technologies that would be not as bad as Manhatan Project but still be alot of work to clean up after.
Oh man, Fallout 3 would become a reality. Atleast I would know how to survive in that.
Yea just keep blowing peoples pants off with bottlecap bombs. I don't think it will be like fallout cause the war might erupt too early to build a fallout shelter. Also there prolly wouldn't be as much guns and ammo lying carlessly around.

WAR IS BAD. I think we all agree on that. And in case of a nuke apocalypse, here's what WOULDN'T happen: -Zombies (Radiation usually causes death, not mutation) -Rebuilding civilization (Most people wouldn't survive) -People grab materials, make guns, and start shooting up the desert (Not enough materials left, you'd still have to eat, radiation would ravage the continent, causing poor soil quality and you couldn't grow stuff) And, for good measure, -ANYTHING that you see on TV or in video games or in movies. The most likely result of any world war III is best summed up in a quote from Albert Einstein:
"I don't know what weapons World War III will be fought with, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones."
We would lose anyway. China and India have the larger armies than the US and Europe. India has nukes, We don't have any. We get nuked and our men get killed. We would lose.

America and the EU have near about the best relations in the world these days, so we will almost definetly be allied.
The terrorist organizations in the middle East and most of Africa would take the opportunity to attempt a coup d' etat. South American Guerrilas will likely do the same.
Japanese/US relations have greatly improved in recent times with Japan becoming the largest producer of American culture (followed closely by idiots.....) They will likely be allied.
Russia/US relations never improved much since the cold war, they just stopped being hostile. Not likely allied.
North Korea will certainly be opposed to America and South Korea.
China would go with either side, depending on the events prior to the war.
Cuba is unlikely to side with America, but also has little reason to side against them. I don't know much about Raul Castro's political views.
Upper Africa (Egypt, Libya and the sorrounding nations) can't be determined yet.
Australia will probably be on America's side.

The US doesn't have any nukes. Just because it was the first to have the atomic bomb, the hydrogen bomb, and the nuclear bomb, doesn't mean it still has those.

No. If you mean America as in the US, then say the US. Japan has no military. The US' military is Japan's military. The EU doesn't have a military as a whole, but each independent nation. Australia has a very small military. South Korea is too weak to fight because North Korea will begin bombing immediately if they try to build up a military.

North Korea, fine. China, no. Why? It has no motive to do anything. Cuba has no army. It has cars from the '50s. Imagine its tanks. Russia is supposedly democratic so no. It may be corrupt, but not war thirsty.
If anything, the US and Britain vs. Pakistan and Afghanistan. However, since both of those have nukes, we prolly will never invade. The US would never have invaded Iraq if there were ACTUALLY WMDs.
Would you like to let me know how exactly you know this? I doubt you have full security clearance and you would be a fool to think that the government would tell us everything related to this subject. Even beyond that, though the United States ceased production of nuclear weapons, there are probably still some stockpiled.
