I started a thread that I'm pretty annoyed how it turned out because It's the exact thing i didn't want to happen and even thought it's not breaking any rules i just don't want it to continue. Is it possible for a moderator to lock it for me?

The thread is here http://armorgames.com/community/thread/7269786/i-dislike-threads-on-religion/page/1

The best thing to do would be to just contact one of them via messenger.

Yes. However, next time it is better to do so on the moderator's profile, until we get a better system.
And please, just on one or two mods' profile, otherwise it feels like spam.
Generally, a thread will be locked if the OP, the one who made it, requests it.
However, I do believe a mod would make exceptions, if the thread is making good discussion, and the only reason for locking it is because the OP is getting told they are wrong.
