I decided I'd try and post some of my poems on here, since I liked the first line poem thread so much. I would really like some advice on how to improve. Thanks!

I'd like to once again thank everyone for helping me get to 20,000 views! ^^
I'll try to remember all the people that contributed, encouraged and critiqued me....

China Trip

Well, it's been a spectacular trip (albiet slightly boring) and I'm about to head to Shanghai in about an hour. Then I'll spend a night there and early in the morning will depart for Detroit and then to a smaller flight back home. I'll admit the trip was shorter than I would have liked, but it's still good to know I'll be able to sleep in my own bed (without mosquitos) by the day after tomorrow.

That would be incredibly strange considering she described him as someone in his 30s and her being in her mid teens. xD

I arrived safely. Funny things happened to me along the way, including me losing my cell phone, but I won't get into them because I am jetlagged and tired.

Obviously you're not that lazy otherwise we wouldn't have a log, I can guarantee that if I took a vacation you wouldn't hear from me until I returned.
