Make urself be able to chat w friends on multi-player games (two other suggestions) and then let them friend each other. make a LAST GAME LIST to show a list of players from last game, and just click to friend. you then can invite friends to games by sending them a certain code.
i think some of this is in the armor games 3 site, maybe post a message in that forum, though i bet the moderators are gonna make you change your username

Chat with friends? We have both the activity stream and the inbox system in AGv3. Multiplayer games are under the jurisdiction of the game developer. If they want to make chatting into their games, like how Exit Path is set up, then that is their call. If you want a widget for chatting on the site while in a game, then that's a different story. I feel that that would be a terrible idea. It would make AG3 more....Kongregate-y, which, studies have shown, isn't a good thing.

Sounds like something the AG3 developers wanted to try out on the Activity Stream. "X has just scored 1,000,000 on Y! See if you can beat it!" I remember this being an idea to implement, and it sounds very cool. Hopefully, this will be set up when AG3 goes public, because this would pave the way for competitive flash gaming here. *crosses fingers*
