What do you mean by that? You're on your account, so you don't have any login troubles. So I interpret it as you want to change your username? If so, you can't change your username on AG2. However, on AG3 there will be a feature which lets you change your username. Here's a thread about it. If that's not what you mean, then please clarify.
I'd recommend going to the "Contact" link under your user profile box and sending the team a message describing what happened. Or hit up Ian with the same details.
