The kingdom will be based on votes by users who post here and a succession system. These are the positions:

These positions will initially be elected by vote of users. This is how the voting works:
Post 5 users vertically. Here's an example:

User 1 would gain 8 points, User 2 would gain 6 points, User 3 would gain 4 points, User 4 would gain 2 points, and User 5 would gain 1 point.
Whoever has the most votes is the King, the next one is the Prince, followed by the High Noble, and so on. The initial voting will go until April 15th and that will determine the kingdom for April 2011. This is how the succession works:
The Prince of the current month is guaranteed to be the King next month. The other positions are determined by vote. On the 26th of the current month, voting will begin for next month. Voting ends on the 1st of the new month. On my profile is the current kingdom.
I have determined the results, which are as follows:
King: jeol by succession (dair5, see the notes section). Prince: nichodemus with 17 points. High Noble: acmed with 17 points. Lower Nobles: murasaki9 with 14 points and Ernie15 with 12 points. Knights: pickpocket with 9 points, snowguy13 with 8 points, Koru7 with 8 points, Alexistigerspice with 8 points, and devsaupa with 8 points. Honorable Mention: dair5 with 7 points, GhostOfMatrix, troy27, notinthepie3, JohnGarell, and Turtelman1234 with 6 points each, and ProfessorOak and 2 others with 4 points each.
Notes: You cannot vote for the winner of the previous vote, as that user automatically becomes king. This is directed specifically at dair5, who voted for jeol. Also, 26 different users got votes this time. I don't know when/whether I can log on in late December, so I will not set a definite next vote date yet, but I am aiming for December 25th.
Wait, Nicho and Acmed both got 17 points? Shouldn't there be some sort of new round to determine who is deemed the position? I mean, you ask everyone whom of the two they prefer.
