In equal amounts, Salt is more dangerous. It caused dehydration and screws up your natural chemistry. Of course, if you're lactose intollerant, cheese would be deadly.
Everything in excess is bad for our health. But salt is a lot worse than cheese to our health, making your pressure goes up and you gain too much weight. But for me, cheese is worse because I can't stand it.
And there is the people that can eat a ton of food and not gain a pound. So those people can eat what they want and not worry about the high fat and salt.
Lots of salt would cause your kidneys to fail, therfore, you would have to be hooked up to a dialisis machine (i think thats how its spelled). While a lot of cheese would give you bad gas :P

It's awful to hear such idiotic things. It's not because you don't process the excess as fat that it's not harmful to the organism, just what is that stupid logic anyway!? Believe me, it can and most probably will come later on in life as high blood pressure, heart problems and articulation issues.
I'm not fat, just having regular strokes, yay!
I know what I'm talking about since I'm the epitome of that kind of person; I eat at Mcdos and Kfcs at least 6 times a week and I'm still as slender as can be because of my locomotive-paced metabolism. I'm fully aware it'll get me back someday if I don't keep making exercise, so I walk everyday and run every once in a while.
