I was thinking, there should be a Opinion forum, where people can post what their favorite cookie is, what their favorite soda is, stuff like that. Maybe without armor points cause its all pretty much just spam.
That's basically what the Tavern is right now, and they already have basic rules to keep those posts from being spam. Not that there isn't spam in the Tavern; it just gets deleted if it breaks any rules.
I think that's his point, and it's a good point. The tavern is being filled up with these kind of dumb questions so maybe there should be a questions forum where people can ask questions like these.
P.S. A lot of these "your favorite" threads are started by the same user.
Thats pretty much my point. The tavern is a place to post topics that do not have a proper category. Posting dumb questions that is just spam, I think does not belong there.
Or maybe users could learn how to make threads about more interesting things except all this nonsense

And what you just quoted and posted made no sense. Hackers are only on the site usually for games to put themselves at the top, and trolls probably won't stop. But there aren't many on the site. And with the vote up/down option, it will decrease.

Every site that's not moderated will attract them. I'm not sure if AG3 will have any moderation but if you can only rate the comment up and down, it doesn't stop them from posting.

I did not "imply" anything, if you get misinterpret what i said its not my fault. I did not post that for people to automatically like my idea, i did not intend for people to think that is what i meant. Its not my fault if you get that idea from it. Thats your problem.

It probably is a bad idea considering that you don't like it, (your very influential in the forums) a few other users don't like it, and a moderator doesn't like it. Pointing out flaws does not prove its a bad idea. Finding reasons why its a bad idea will prove its a bad idea. There are flaws in alot of stuff. That doesn't make that stuff bad.

You have failed to realize how different AG3 will be. In the forums, there will be no points given, there will be a vote up/down option, when posts are deleted you lose reputation, when they are voted down you lose reputation. That will discourage spammers. Trolls, they are quickly and easily taken care of by the great site Moderators.
