I love writing Haikus. My best friend taught me how to write them. He said ' It's not that hard. All you have to do is learn.' So I did and I fell in love with them. Here's my first Haiku:

Clear like Crystals
It is clear, you know
that what some don't know, we do
albeit, they will.

I know this is offtopic but, why did murasaki close her comments?

As I take my pen
from the ink bottle it drips
marks my parchment black.

Can't give an answer,
Maybe it was spammed too much,
I don't really know.

not very unique,
not original at all,
but there you have it...

But my haiku is completely original/unique.

/sarcasm

I wasn't going for originality on that one. I just wanted to make a haiku.

Pain is like a coin,
Both have two different sides.
I have said enough.

pain- feeling of discomfort, agony, alert that the body is being harmed, can this be the up side to which you reffered.

What I meant was that one side of the &quotain coin" is that those watching it find it hilarious ("Did he just smash his nuts on the railing?! Hahahahah!&quot and the other is the felling of pain ("Aaaaaaaaoooooou!&quot.
