What would happen to the world's politics, religion, pop culture, etc. if another devastating infection like the black death (plague) were to hit today's society? Would we be fully prepared, or would a sixth of the world's population be wiped out again?
hmmmm did you know that the USA actually has an evacuation plan in case of a zombie (like) apocalypse... If the world ended that way it would be epic... But it wouldn't be from zombies it would most likely be a type of rabies that's incurable... Probably from bio warfare.. There also making plastic like coffins that are made for stacking so that when this does happen, they can actually bury the dead in a quick and effeciant manor, cuz so many people will end dead from these types of attacks. =/
I truley feel like we are not fully prepared. If it was not detected early enough most likley, with such a high population we have here on earth, a lot of the population would be wiped out. But would that necessarily be such a bad thing for the planet?
see i think if even a third of the american population were infected... the american ciz would collapse... the government would regulate the "cure" to critical personal then to rich people... riots... raids.. and crime would go way up... people overreact to almost everything... modern people are almost dumber. ( logicly) its all about money... dude... the cure is just cash and when ONE THIRD of tha american pop can afford it... Game over... not to talk about the other more poor countrys...
