John is probably the best and most popular creator.

Hmm...this is kind of hard, Juice-Tin and Addison with Raze. Krin with both Sonny's and Colony. Also Sinjid. John with all the Elephant stuff This is the only level and Achievement Unlocked.

I like anything John does. There are other games I like, but not any other devs whose games I find myself always playing.

John makes a variety such that anybody can enjoy. The range is wide enough that most can get a kick out of at least one of his games.

Well, I consider that are better developers who create independent and high quality flash games like:

Tommy Refenes, Edmund McMillen for Super Meat Boy.

John for Elephant games.
Tony for K.O.L.M.
lightbringer777 for Learn to Fly.

Personally I consider Tommy Refenes the best game programmer, he's my inspriracion to be a game programmer too.
