Yah, so! I wanted a thread where I could just put up my thoughts, random ones at that. Of course, how long was I going to wait? I realized, I'd have to create one myself. Ha, ha! I was kind of slow there.
Anyway, I'm thinking of something funny:

If you believe in telekinesis raise my hand.

i'm not saying the writer's ideas are b.s. or anything like that, but when writers get ideas, they come up with more and better stories. i'm not trying to say to ignore your ideas, but every writer isnt perfect

Right, piss off.

You're blowing the entire situation out of proportion. Writers are often inspired by their audiences to try and acheive loftier goals. Readers push writers. Does it produce crap? Sometimes yes, but that's life. Other times it produces great pieces of work.

Also, sometimes know what people think helps you grow as a writer. The WRITER chooses the advice to listen to coming from the critic. It is the WRITER who decides what to write. The reader can either like what the writer is doing, or not. My personal philosophy is, "If you don't like my work, too bad." That does not mean I will not listen to suggestions on where I can improve.

You would be amazed at how many times one of my readers has offered me something, that with a little tweaking in my part, improves what I'm writing tenfold.

Now, if you're done being a pissant let the lady write what she wants. And here's this: she, unlike you, has a grasp on language.

Maybe that isn't such a good idea. If I see any more of this spat between you and wolf I'll hang either/both of you out to dry for a few days. This includes on the profile messenger, because I don't trust you guys to hold a civil conversation after this point.

And Endscape, don't tell people not to give you attitude when you're dishing out most of it.

Okay Murasaki, carry on.

What you're saying here is, animals don't have souls.

Which means animals don't live.

But animals is alive and that's great! Without souls we would be zombies!

Thank you, Strop. I've no idea how this started, as I didn't contribute to it.
And yes, JohnGarell, I think you're the only one who actually gets what I mean.
