Why is the Wii so bad anyways? It's games are pretty fun, as you're ACTUALLY doing something, not just sitting and moving your fingers. For Instance, I really like the boxing, cause you can juke and then suckerpunch the guy. OR swordfighting. Thats really fun too. Even if the motion sensors dont detect your crazy ninja skills, its still fun. As for the degree thing about xbox's, yeah. Its about degrees.
xbox controllers are horrible. that has to be my biggest complaint. the analog sticks dont have any grip, they have a little divot and thats it. ps3 controllers are so much better
If there was free xbox live we'd end up with another PSN incident.
I like the feel of the Xbox360 controller, and the PS3 controller is too small for my hands. My thumbs have slipped off of a PS3 controller, while this has never happened on the Xbox360.
In my opinion everything system side is perfect. You guys keep complaining about the controllers. I would like more than 3 USB ports. (Im not talking about the Slim Xbox, this is the normal 360 Elite that Im talking about) Maybe Arcade content that doesn't suck. Ditch the ugly, cartoony, Wii like avatars. Make them more like PS Home, BUT, less like social networking or Second Life. Also...ditch games like Phantasy Star Universe...MMORPGs should stay on the Computer.
My hopes for the "Xbox 720" is that it is never made, and they just give in to the fact that the Playstation is better. I hope they sell their franchises, give up on the gaming market, and get back to what they do best, making PC software.
Well the new nintendo console is going to be playable at E3 (rumoured to be called the stream). I reckon if the rumours I've heard about the controller are true it will either be a complete success or a massive flop.
I also believe we will see the unveiling of new Microsoft and Sony systems during 2012. The console cycles generally go for 6 years which was due to end this year. But both companies released motion controller add ons in an attempt to increase the cycle length. But hardware is now ageing in both systems and with a new hardcore console from Nintendo on the horizion I predict we will see the next generation from Sony and Microsoft soon. Especially as Microsoft have had job adds up for 'hardware engineer for a new system' up on their recently.
My thoughts I hope it's a good quality system. I hope it holds well. If this is true that they're making a sequel to the 360. I hope nothing bad happens. Like there Red Ring Of Death. They had many issue's with there last two console's that I never bothered getting them. Piece's of junk. But I do own a a 360. And it's holding on well. So I hope for the best when it comes to the 720.
There isn't going to be a 720. Maybe a Xbox 360+, but not a 720. The whole point of the 360 name is because you can use all of the sides for something.
