What is the best and/or worst inventions of all time. Explain why it is the best or worst. Be sure to also state what the invention does. Discoveries are also relevant. Worst Discovery to me was that Pluto wasn't a planet. I find that to be ridiculous. I had to learn that in school until I hated Pluto then they tell me never mind. I think it was too much of deal.

The Tesla coil was one of the best inventions ever. Used to produce high voltage/low current electricity. It is ftw if anyone has ever experimented with one. Tesla had the idea of powering cities with giant Tesla coils.
Best Invention: I think the best invention is the computer. Without a computer, I think we will still be living in the colonial times.
Worst Discovery/Invention?: I don't know that much, but I think spams can get annoying if you overdoing it to someone. It can really mess up your website forums, messages, or emails.

Best invention: The camera, it still amazes me. I have quite a few of my grandmother's old ones, they still work fine. Worst invention: This is a tough one, I can't decide right now.
I'd say the snuggie beats out the ShamWow for worst invention ever, because at least CollegeHumor could make a good video out of the ShamWow; the snuggie is just... pointless.
