I dont really think he's dead.
I mean, think about it. There has been over nine "killings" throughout 2000-2011.
I think it's just a way to boost Obama's ratings for a second presidential term.
That's MY opinion.

Oh darn.
I hope he actually IS dead, so I wouldn't be looking forward to another dozen "Osama Bin Laden's death" threads.

I dont think its a conspiracy, Al Queda (Did I spell that right?) confirmed it was him. To this I say, just another reason why I am glad im sigining with the Navy (If only I could make it as a SEAL.)

Heres my question to all the conspiracy/tin foil nuts: If Osama isn't dead, than why has al-Quada 1) Vowed revenge upon the US, 2) Confirmed his death multiple times, and 3) Chosed someone to replace him?

I think it was wrong to kill him to be honest, okay he was the leader of one of the biggest terrorist groups in the world. And he probably planned 9/11 too, but i still think it's wrong to take someones live, you should ALWAYS get another chance, you can always chance as a person. So if I was in charge there I'd put him in jail and try to change him into a good person. "Blood makes Blood"

Another thing about it, what happens next? Al Qaida will probably revenge him and that wont stop anything at all? more terrorist attacks.. that was just my thoughts about it, but i guess I'll never be the President either :>

your nieveness and faith in humanity astounds me, some people are evil, learn that accept that, exploit that,

although i myself am not a conspiracy theorist they think that al queida is a puppet or secret group set up by the us government to scare america into a war on terror

Sure he was evil. But what the USA did, was to laugh about Justizia with that killing order. Bin-Laden deserved death. But in combination with the law. I don't understand why so many americans are proud of an illegal execution!

First, the word "Evil". So overused.

And how many are proud of their laws? Or support their laws? You tell me.

If he was put in jail, do you know what would happen? Do you really think that the terrorists wouldn't try to free him? This would cause huge problems and many dead civilinas
And not everybody can be changed into a good person... He is so brainwashed by religion that he thinks he's doing the right thing.

Another thing about it, what happens next? Al Qaida will probably revenge him and that wont stop anything at all? more terrorist attacks..

They already hate our morals, our economy, our way of life, they hate everything about us. Killing OBL won't change anything about that. It won't be worse than before.

The war on terrorism is not a conventional war but it is still a war. People get killed in wars without court decision.

No, it's not terrible. I'm glad that Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pot and co. died. Although bin Laden isn't nearly as bad as those guys, he is still evil. And I'm glad that he's dead.
