I don't want to pray or believe in something who may not exist.
The proof for religions are too weak to be called fact.

There are actually only two things who are fact here in universe. 1: You can't know anything for sure except these facts. 2: Everything can happen.

So don't make any conclusions of how it must be.

My vision is then to create an own religion; the Happycism.
If you ask me what the meaning with life is; I will answer to be happy. To have a great life you enjoyed. That's what the Happycism will do; make people happy.

If you want to join; it's great. You can have this religion and another if you want.

If you're sad; click here or here.

Be happy!
Sincerely JohnGarell.

How do they survive better?

In Sweden we have a saying that goes "A good laugh extends your life" (sounds a bit silly when directly translated). The only similar English saying I could find was "Laughter is the best medicine.

That's not really nonsense either, laughter can help you relax and relieve stress, amongst other things.

Good morale does help win wars but people also need to be smart. Technology helps too.

Why not have both?

"You can get much further with a kind word and a gun than you can with a kind word alone." - Al Capone. It was slightly relevant to the topic, I think. Maybe not.

I was just saying that laughter, while very good, isn't everything.

I do believe that laughter is beneficial and, nice quote-it fit perfectly

What; for example?!

Logical contradictions such as a square circle.

Are you sure that you exist? What if; that whole life is a dream. Someone is dreaming about us; like they were us.

It's one of the few things I can be sure of and in your example it would still be me.

We don't need that as long as the humans can laugh by themselves! Why does something need to be holy?

Your self-help group doesn't include anything supernatural or spiritual? Then it is not a religion. Not even a cult.

What if it is five dimensions?! The fifth dimension may make it possible on some way. We can't think us more dimensions yet.

Well that's a pretty hard example to disprove. I'm not a professor. Think again a new dimension or many new dimensions. What can they do? What if they already exist?

Well; it may be a philosophy instead. It's a way to live and a way to look at the life.

I know i am quoting someone multiple pages back, but i have a response. It's actually more of a suggestion for 2. here is is:

2: Your mind exists, and that is for sure.

It is the only thing that you percieve without your senses. in a way, it IS you. Your body existing? questionable. As you said, maybe this is a dream. If so, think of it this way: In a dream, you might be in a totally different body in an environment with totally different physics and features. Yet, your mind remains the same as in this body now. I take this as some evidence to my previous statement.

well then what about this. You have a die and you roll it. Is it possible to never roll any number on the die and roll them all at the same time.

Your mind exists, and that is for sure.

The Frenchman René Descartes once said; "Je pense donc je suis". That means; I think therefore I am. With I am; I think he meant I exist. That may not be true.

Brain-dead people (not zombies) have no mind. A robot may have AI so it can think. Do it have a mind?

Well; actually there are some people (I think) who can control the dice with enough focus and precision.

The dice is very overestimated. It's the invention except weapons who have cost the human race most money of all. (I think)

I think that it's a great religon. You just need to take a more philisophical view of it. Besides everyone should have the opprotunity to be happy. Or at least satisfied.
