The title says it all. You could also post other paradoxes here.

All these ime travel paradoxes are not paradoxes because time trave is not possible but even if it was then I personally feel that an alternative universe would have been created with your old one now blocked off to you. Or possibly you could go back to it knowing that in another universe it went OK.

That may not be true, maybe if you alter something in the past, the outcome could be worse than it was before you time traveled. now that we talk about time travel, I hope the technology comes soon.

"I always lie."

In some game(sorry I forgot the name) I created a paradox by running into past me then I created a paradox inside a paradox by killing my father then I created a paradox inside a paradox inside a paradox by saving my brother's wife's mother's sister's husband's great-grandmother's uncle's great-great-grandson who happened to be the stable keeper for my horse.(The point of the game was to kill everyone connected to your family in some way. Not save them. I failed.)

I am a liar.

Infinity

Okay this is kind of a hard one to grasp;
Lets say there was this court were nobody under the Age of 18 can testify and that a new year starts only by testimony of the lunars orbit.
2 kids who turn 18 on new year come and testify that it is new year.

How can you be your own grandfather?

Many, many years ago when I was twenty-three
I was married to a widow who was pretty as could be
This widow had a grown-up daughter who had hair of red
My father fell in love with her and soon they too were wed

This made my dad my son-in-law and really changed my life
For now my daughter was my mother, 'cause she was my father's wife
And to complicate the matter, even though it brought me joy
I soon became the father of a bouncing baby boy

My little baby then became a brother-in-law to dad
And so became my uncle, though it made me very sad
For if he were my uncle, then that also made him brother
Of the widow's grownup daughter, who was of course my step-mother

Father's wife then had a son who kept them on the run
And he became my grandchild, for he was my daughter's son
My wife is now my mother's mother and it makes me blue
Because although she is my wife, she's my grandmother too

Now if my wife is my grandmother, then I'm her grandchild
And every time I think of it, it nearly drives me wild
'Cause now I have become the strangest 'case you ever saw
As husband of my grandmother, I am my own grandpa

I'm my own grandpa, I'm my own grandpa
It sounds funny, I know but it really is so
I'm my own grandpa

I just remembered a poem i haven't heard in years. (please no error symbols)

One bright day in the middle of the night,
Two dead boys got up to fight.
Back to back they faced each other,
drew their swords and shot each other.
A deaf policeman heard the noise
and ran to save the two dead boys.
If you don't believe this lie is true,
ask the blind man, he saw it, too.

Now that is one of the best nonsense poems I have ever heard.

would "there is no up or down in space" be a kind of paradox? or would that just be a confusing statement?
-and if it's unstoppable
then it should move the immovable
or vice versa. that is a good paradox.

Our notions of Up and Down are based soley upon perspective. On Earth, we all happen to aggree with them because gravity defines what is down, and what is up.

Without gravity, we instead resort to personal perceptions. I allow my percieved notions of up and down to apply to all others. So to me, you're standing on your head in 0G, and vice versa.

Thats just 'Blaze-o-nomics'. The idea that if I keep throwing money at it, may be the fire will go out.

I thought of that, so it makes me feel speshul to say it.
