Ok i cannot get most games to save. Some (i.e.-crush the castle) will save no prob. but almost every other game is gone when i try to play it again... ive allowed cookies, which generally i do not, but in hopes of being able to save ive made the exception. Any help would be greatly appreciated as id like to play some of the longer RPG style games that require saves.
If I'm in tune with my ArmorGameliness, games like Crush the Castle save automatically. There are games that have you manually save, like clicking the button on a menu or finding a checkpoint within the game. If these games aren't allowing you to save, but oddly enough not games like Crush the Castle, then you probably need to find out how much memory you are allowing ArmorGames to store on your computer.
If you have a PC, try going to Tools, and Options at the top of the browser toolbar. Under "advanced", go to "Network". You should have some sort of cache storage option where it says "offline storage". Give it some juice, like 20MB's or so. When you get more space, the games should finally save. You can always go to the game you're having trouble saving with and change the settings there, just to make sure. Just right click on the game while it is running and select "Settings". It should bring up the adobe flash player settings. Then you just do as the first option says and give it some extra storage.
These RPG games *do* require more memory storage, granted it really shouldn't be that much of a difference compared to the average flash game :/
Freakenstein i could hug you!! I set the storage amount higher in the Adobe settings and TA-DA! Now i can save a play at my leisure. This has really been plaguing me so you have my deepest gratitude!
Has to do with the flash update and clearing cookies (which is what flash saved data is classified as).
Linux + firefox 4 is still giving me fits, still looking for a simple way to keep settings for a select few websites while nuking the rest of cookies + history, etc...
