Black is my favorite color! im not goth, if anything im skater. Black is a color just like any other color, it doesnt mean ur goth if thats your favorite color.
if anything, pointy things that you place on your body (like a spiked collar) would make you goth. I'm saying this because I'm following the same principal of gothic structures, which are pointy and dangerous. besides, goth is only a cultuire that was made to counter romantiscism in the 1800s. and goths were originally a tribe that defeated Rome. so in esscence, there is no such thing as a true goth unless you fought rome.

It's because when people see an individual wearing all black then they'll think the person is goth and/or emo. It's a stereotype, yes, but sometimes it's true from what I've seen. Most of the people that I do see wearing all black at school are goth and/or emo. But that doesn't mean you can jump to a conclusion about it. You just simply ask them about it, or leave it alone, but saying that they are goth and/or emo isn't intelligent. I like to wear black, because I like how the black clothing looks, the t-shirts, pants, shoes and such. But I don't wear all black. I'll wear different colors with it. Unless I'm playing round up, then I'll wear all black so I don't get seen by the other people.

No. If you get judged wrongly because of it, then it's a stereotype. Such as calling an individual that wears all black goth and/or emo when you know nothing about them. If people wear all black, then they must like the color, or something else. It isn't wise to jump to a conclusion that they are goth and/or emo. Sometimes I'll wear all black when playing round up. Does that mean that I'm goth and/or emo? No. I also like to wear black because I think it's stylish and looks good. Does that mean that I'm goth and/or emo? No.
