This is basically the same game as the one that has been running for quite a while, but it will be all official material, no house rules or non-rulebook sources of any kind, and I may enforce mandatory characters if things get too far out of hand (TRF has said that things were getting carried away in the other game). I also want chracter and OOC dialouge to be better managed, in other words don't fill this game up with a bunch of meaningless chatter (If all you want to do is talk about something, do it in the other game). New players are always welcome, and in fact encouraged, even if you don't own any of the books or know any of the rules. If any new players want to join, see the other game for rules, give me a race and class, and I will take care of the rest. As soon as at least 4 characters are made, this game will begin. The module I am using is a DCC, known as "The Black Pearl" (and I don't mean the ship from Pirates of the Caribbean)
"hey YOU try having no body fat!...crap, you never heard that!"
Cassio ignores that statement, and stuffs the keys in the backpack. Frustrated, he starts banging on the door, ignoring the doorbell(literally, bell) right next to him.
No there would not, though I do believe there is a maid and a chef. They never really found use for a butler.
"there is a bell..." he pulls the string or whatever to make it ring
"Holy Jesus!" Cassio jumps when the bell rings loudly, and clangingly(spellcheck says that isn't a word, but oh well). "That's new..." he mutters. A few moments later, there's a clicking sound behind the door, and it opens. A tall man who looks to be in his late thirties opens the door. He sort of resembles an older Cassio with some differences, but he's dressed in extravagant clothes instead of armor. "It's good to see you again," he says, smiling. "But what's this? The last time I saw you, you were this tall." He hovers his hand several inches above Cassio's head. "You're shrinking, must be getting old." "It's good to see you again," Cassio replies, smiling. "But what's this? The last time I saw you, your hair was pure black." He points at the man's temple. "You're sprouting grays, must be getting old." "Ah, well, that's what I get for teaching you to have a sense of humor," the man says good-naturedly. "So, who are your friends here?"
