This is basically the same game as the one that has been running for quite a while, but it will be all official material, no house rules or non-rulebook sources of any kind, and I may enforce mandatory characters if things get too far out of hand (TRF has said that things were getting carried away in the other game). I also want chracter and OOC dialouge to be better managed, in other words don't fill this game up with a bunch of meaningless chatter (If all you want to do is talk about something, do it in the other game). New players are always welcome, and in fact encouraged, even if you don't own any of the books or know any of the rules. If any new players want to join, see the other game for rules, give me a race and class, and I will take care of the rest. As soon as at least 4 characters are made, this game will begin. The module I am using is a DCC, known as "The Black Pearl" (and I don't mean the ship from Pirates of the Caribbean)

The Half Celestial, the man wrapped in shrouds and the Elf with the staff all stand.

How one knocks someone out through a few inches of mithral is wonderous.

Spells..... cast by a high level Archmage.... yeah...

Eh?

Arasys's a high level Blackguard.

Arasys's a high level Blackguard.

And like I said, being pushed around will easily pop the balloon.

Everybody's manacles snap open and they are free to stand. Candles spread throughout the room flare to life, illuminating the dungeon in its entirety. You see the Half Celestial, Arasys, the Werewolf, a pale man with jet black hair and robes drinking a glass of red wine, a person of human height wrapped completely in dark cloth with glowing red eyes and finally a man with blue robes and a staff.

I still think this is a bad idea, a lot of people in the party have an ego the size of the Burj Khalifa but about as stable as Ryugyong Hotel. And Chardath is always going to resent these guys.
Chardath stands up immediately and tries to kill them with his eyes.
"So what do you want now?"

I'll try not to have her be too overbearing. Doesn't his code of honor tell him to follow higher religious officials?

AD: "We each have our own malign intentions that would be best completed by our disciples. None of us have disciples. You will become our disciples. We will make you stronger."

Loco, three people stood, not one.....

Knight's Code applies to battle chiefly, not much else.
Blackguard, I interpreted it as the ultimate spreader of Evil rather than a pro-religious class, so between the two he giveth not onepence of one *** about 'higher religious officals'.

Yeah, I know. Here's the thing: I had an RPG, you missed it, go cut yourself in a corner somewhere.

Well, does he want to be the strongest sob in the world?

Who was that directed to?

It was directed to Noobs, but feel free to answer, as well.

He values his dignity and pride over almost everything else, and he's not about to let someone who knocked him out and chained him (COMPLETELY circumventing and violating his code as a Knight of honorable battle) push him around as a disciple aka slave-biotch.

Noobs, he will be far from a slave. He will be more of a trainee.
