I'd press the alarm button on the elevator, then call 911 and demand emergency services for this poor creep.

What could I do with a box if I'm trapped in an elevator? I can't just give it to Suzy, now can I?

Get help, but also check the box to see if it is a harmful device because creepy people can deliver creepy things.

I'd treasure the box with my protecting arms and hunt down this Suzy...Nah...

I would take the box, take whatever the guy has on him. Then I would break the little "door" on the roof of the elevator, climb myself up, take a lighter and start a fire in the cabin. Then I climb up the rope, break open the next elevator door, cut the rope and then open the package.

I would press the emergency button but then i would open the box, and then try and be as far away from the guy as possible, depending on what was inside the box.

Make sure the guy was out, check the box, then call for help.

i think id be much more worried about the elevator stuck than the box.

OK since a lot of you said what you would have done, I list some fact and how some things could've have happened.
The box had a ring in it, a sparkling diamond ring
