It is hard to say what I would want... On one hand, eternal life where you will see the entire history of the Earth. On the other hand, you will see all your loved ones die before you. You will see your children as old men and women, and you will have to know they will die before you. So yeah, I really don't know what I would do...

Anyway, some man doesn't age or die because of some weird experiment. Since he's the only one, after some time humans kept him as some sort of museum prop, forced to watch everything change around him (even the humans himself) yet still being himself. After some time, this became so unbearable that he tried to kill himself, but all his plans were stopped before he could finish. He even calculated the exact path of a piece of space-debris that would crash on earth (and tried to get under it), but even that didn't work...

Now I wouldn't want to ive forever, whatever the hell that is.
But living forever.... NO! I mean what would you do for the rest of your life, I mean the rest of forever which if everyone lived forever the world would become so over populated that we would have to move to mars. But I guess that would be a bonus because you can't die!
I would not want to live forever knowing that my loved ones will not be there with me. Everything would pass and turn to ashes in front of me I dont think that is a great future in fact I think people who had the ability to live forever would eventually be lead to madness and try to commit suicide.
What if a meteor hit earth? The earth would be obbliterated, and you would be floating around in space forever. Maybe the suns gravity pulled you towards it.. you would be in the center of the sun for all eternity, with trillions of pounds pushing against you, heat searing you body, radiation pulsing and bombarding you, and you couldn't do anything.

I'd love to live forever! I could spread left-wing propaganda indefinatly, I could see the sun turn into a red giant star! I would be able to see the milkway merge with another another galaxy, it would be magnificent!
Of course I don't want to feel the paing of being burnt to a crisp when the sun turns into a red giant!
