I love the weather and have always been interested in it. To me, the creation of incredible storms and the patterns of heat, wind, fronts, and pressure systems in absolutely incredible, especially since many of these things still baffle humans!

I want to know: does anybody share my interest? Any other weather buffs out there? Or, some interesting story or fact about the weather?

I'm getting parts of it now. It's a little rainy

Any wind yet? It has a bigger wind field than Katrina and Ike...
Heat warnings all week. Right now it is 112 I believe. Usually it's 98 this time of year. Gosh I hate this desert. Way to hot to do anything. Few small clouds out but not anything to cool down the weather

Yes... This storm is historically bad. Not only in the fact that its wind field is huge, but also that it is hitting so many major northeastern cities so badly. Stay safe everyone.

I honestly love thunderstorms. As long as they don't get too dangerous.

Me too. If my parents weren't around, I'd stay outside for the entirety of each and every storm. The clouds look so amazing and lightning is so cool.

Anyway, today's weather was hot. Good thing it was like the other day in the 90s. It's about around the 80's now which is alright.
