Someone loves gays, but not in a gay way. Another uses the word "gay" in a profane manner. I'm not sure about the last person but he might've been trying to define the word gay. Hmmm
homo. 2 men have sex together and make love.... thats gay
Erm, please don't. Soooo many, many misconceptions in this post. First of all, being "homo" can mean many things. Here's a list: Homo-Sexual/Sapien/Phone/Nym/Genized/Geneous/Phobia. Well, I'm suren you meant Homosexual. Now, another misconception. Being Homosexual is not narrowed down to just men. It's women as well. Though many take being Homosexual to be gay and gay to be men. Very common stereotyping. Then, assuming you meant men, not all "Gays" have sex all the time. Though they find the same gender sexually attractive, not everything comes down to fornication. And lastly, "Gay" can be Homosexual or the more infamous, profane meaning, bad. If you meant bad, thats an opinion, and not really an open minded opinion at it. And if you meant "Gay" is an Homosexual, not everything revolves around sex, so that's irrelevant.
The response you get may vary depending on the denomination and the auxiliary literature that your respondent may have read.
I know certain sources that will say a single demon. I know other (Pentecostal) sources that will cite several dozen real demons (including a 'demon of homosexuality' and then go on to explain what exorcism and spiritual warfare means to you.
I dunno, really. I dunno c.c All I will say is that I did say that certain claims had very limited relevance to mankind as a whole. I was under the impression that one of the big drawcards of Christianity and its holy doctrines was its enduring relevance to mankind as a whole.
Well, this is getting quite complicated. I myself am a catholic, so in other words, a Christian, but even though, I definitely have my very own opinion on homosexuality.
First off, I don't believe homosexuals have demons in them, I just believe that they have made 1.A choice to be homosexual. or 2.Are just that way, and don't have much control over it.
Just because someone is a homosexual doesn't mean they are mean, or stupid, there are a lot of great people that are homosexuals. I think a lot of these "theories" just stem from the fact that most people don't want to except them, and think they are different.
Ash, you know as well as I that people are stupid. One person alone can be reasones with, but as a gruop of 'eople' they are panicky and easily swayed into a herd to believe what one outspoken individual says.
And to be honest here, I can't believe that there are so many closed minded users here. I decided to read through this thread last night before I slept and unfortunately counted the nuber of anti-gay/lesbians on here. No $h!t 113. The funny thing was that they anti's only commented once or twice. But the pro's continue comment every now and then. Like you, Carlie, Strop, Devoiless, and myself. There others, but, these just came to mind.
I think its because people who believe in something that is neanderthalic feal the need to voice an opinion aren't expecting to be called out. It's only the passionate who will continue to fight. So my question is, why are they so afraid? If they have an opinion that may not be popular, why not fight for it? I mean, most of the users who have read through this particular thread can pretty much see what the general consensus is, that you are not thinking open mindedly if you still believe that gays/lesbian are evil or sinners. Is it poosible that all the younger users who throw out the occasional hateful comment are actually afraid to have there mind changed so much that they would rather live in ambiguity on this site?
All that aside, Ash, did you hear that Tina Fey was polled to be at the top of some list put out by a Lesbian mag and Jake Gyllenhal was tops for Gays? Who woulda thunk it.

To be honest, it is probably a bunch of young kids still influenced by their parents decisions. At that age you haven't learned as much to think for yourself. And before all the young users get upset in here, its true. I was young once too, I know how it works. If someones parents are against it, then the kid probably is too. Young people are too lazy to actually educate themselves on the topic, so they will take what they hear and apply it to their own opinions. So you get a lot of very passionate, yet uneducated opinions on here.
Give them time to grow up. I am sure that maturity and a look at the real world will open some eyes in here.

Carlie I do agree whole heartedly. I just didn't want to come across as the old guy who plays games oon a site with a bunch of teenagers.
I just wish that if you they feal that way, stand up for yourself. When I was young, my mo told me, and I qoute,"If your in arguement, finsh it with words. But if it turns to fists, beat there tail."
@basha Because Divorce & Gay marriage is destroying families(or will)...a working family (or functioning children in the future) generally need a father and a mother figure in the home, as it has generally existed for most of forever and seemed to work pretty damn well. Does that work? (i know i wasn't part of da convo. but your very angry it seems)
