Over the years I've had a few accounts on the site. Mainly because I kept forgetting them and what not. I've come back and this is the account I remember. But it's not the one with the email I use. I can find no one of recovering the account with my real email on it. Is there a way of doing this, or would a mod have to help me delete the other account?

Bad Idea, people with there MSN or Yahoo! or even there E-Mail in there Bio, will be able to hacked very easily. You could just change the person you hacking E-Mail Password or send a message to the Moderator's and say I have forgotten my Username and Password but I have a new email address can you please send me my password to Etc.
Unless the users put their password to their E-mail account inside the bio, I don't see how they would be hacked very easily. Sure, the attempted hacker knows their E-mail, but the password to it?
AG3 has a feature to login alongside your username with a selected E-mail account. If you don't remember your AG username, you can always login with your E-mail account, assuming you linked them together before you forgot it. But if you forget that password, then your E-mail likely has security questions to hand out so you can recover it.

Try using Matrix's link to Cormyn's account to get the link to his E-mail instead, please.
