It will probably be possible once England becomes part of France (15 million years into out future.)

I might have found something interesting here.. just wait until those robots have been miniaturized, the software perfected and 3-dimensional structures made optional

Nice philospohic statement, but doesn't it get shaky as soon as robots get softwares enabling them to learn (which do already exist, just not that developed right now)?

Yeah, and the technology for making robots act more human like is being quickly developed too.
