You could technically have combined the worst and best thing threads that you just created.
You could be on fire while falling into a pit of acid spikes while meteors bomb the earth and the sun explodes while Justin Beiber has a mandatory concert and Satan comes and brings all the souls into Hell while zombies attack the few survivers and volcanoes cloud the earth in ash and earthquakes destroy the continents.

I don't think there is an answer to that because every time I think of something worse, something even more worse pops into mind.
I'd probably say getting taken and tortured till I'm about to pass out.

How about getting continually shocked with enough voltage to cause intense pain but not enough current to kill.

Funny, I've heard that a lot. The worse thing that could happen to me at the moment is that the power were to go out.

There's a lot of things in life that could be considered the worst to someone.

Being kidnapped, tortured, abused, murdered.
Or watching the above happen to someone you love.

But, Shona, what's the worst thing that could happen to YOU?

Well emotionally watching someone i love hurt.
Physically, a slow painful death.

Being fed into a buzz saw feet-first very slowly on a conveyor belt, while a swarm of bees stings me everywhere, while being very dehydrated, while being forced to listen to a Bieber-Black mashup, while being forced to watch daytime television, while having each finger strapped to cars which take off in different directions at random times.

I think that about sums it up.

Well, kind of the most obvious or something like that.. Dying, doesn't matter if it's a slow one, just dying.
