Well, this definitely worked for me, so I don't see how it won't work for anyone else. Swim. Yep, swimming not only burns your calories it also assists growth.

:O Really!? Intresting... Swimming is fun as well Link to scientific evidence please?
Attach weights to your feet, and then hang from some monkey bars. Thats how all the NBA stars do it.
On a more serious note, theres actually an operation where doctors break your femer in two places, insert metal bars, and then cause the bone to fuse with the metal bars. It was on Discovery: Medical, and it added 4 inches to some ladies' height.
Drink milk and sleep a lot, I suppose. That's what I did. :b I also did the monkey bars a lot. My parents were under the impression that it would make me grow. XD
hang out with nobody other than midgets for a while and see how you feel then.
But it's hard to find midgets nowadays...
Okay my idea...0.1% possibility of working (Hey it's worth a shot) First get a rope and tie yourself at one end by your feet. Then tie the first end to a door. Then hold on to something preferablyattached to the ground.. Then have someone slam the door. (Hey it works with teeth!)
I'm not a nutritionist or a doctor, so don't quote me on this, but I'd eat more if you don't eat a lot already. Just make sure it's not all junk food. Also, if you're about average, does it really matter? If you're REALLY short, maybe consider seeing a doctor.
i'am the oldest in my class, but the like the 5 th shortest.
Most of the kids are within a year of each other in age. It's not like being a couple weeks older than someone is going to make you any taller or shorter. It's all about your genes, and there really isn't much you can do about those.
Unfortunately, there has been no scientific study conducted on the said matter. It is still debatable. It could also be, as some may put it, in your genes.
However, swimming has been linked to muscle growth and is beneficial to cardiovascular health. I'm no auxologist, but I think that metabolism influences growth. Hence, my crude conclusion that swimming may assist growth.
